Is an end of lease clean the same as a bond clean?
Yes. End of lease, bond clean, vacate clean and exit clean are all names for the same job: a full clean before you hand back the keys.
What if the agent finds something?
Tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and fix it at no extra cost. We can't control the agent's decision on the whole property, but we make sure the cleaning is never the issue.
Do I need to be there?
No. Many clients leave a key and collect it when we're done. We take before and after photos so you have a record.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?
Not in the standard price. We can add it, along with outside windows, wall washing or rubbish removal. Just mention it when you ask for a quote.
