A pre-listing clean is a full top-to-bottom clean before photos and listing. An open home clean is a quicker presentation clean before each open. Most vendors book the first, then the second each week.

How much notice do you need?
For a pre-listing clean, 2 to 3 days is ideal. Once we know the property, open home cleans can often be booked the same or next day.

Yes. These homes usually need more than a tidy. We quote from your photos so there are no surprises on the day.
